inquiries@nabaalikram.comNaba Al-Ikram is a pilgrim companion service based in Makkah, dedicated to serving the Guests of Allah with honour, care, and clarity. Built on deep logistics experience in Saudi Arabia and North America, we provide thoughtful, end-to-end transport, and support services across Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and beyond. We believe a sacred journey deserves more than getting from one place to another. Every pilgrim should feel recognised, welcomed, safe, and supported—free to focus on the purpose of their journey.
Whatever language your group speaks, your dedicated private WhatsApp group is where we answer it, for as long as your journey lasts.
Saudi-licensed and security-screened, trained in the etiquette of carrying pilgrims, and reachable in your own language through that same group.
Years of Combined Logistics Experience
Every pilgrim is a Guest of Allah and deserves to be received as such.
No pilgrim should feel like a transaction, a booking number, or a commodity.
Inspected vehicles, real-time tracking, daily checks. Always.
Clear communication. No surprises, no hidden gaps.
Built through consistency, accountability and genuine care.
Deep awareness of the diversity of the global Muslim community — in language, custom, and faith.
These five pillars define how Naba Al-Ikram delivers on its promise at every stage of the pilgrim's journey.
Anticipate before they arrive.
Knowing the guests’ name, flight details, and needs before arrival is a standard practice. Naba Al-Ikram sends reminders and relevant information on a dedicated private WhatsApp group chat and email before each pickup. The guest should never be left wondering what comes next.
Safety and certainty throughout.
Every journey is supported by GPS-tracked vehicles and daily safety checks, giving you greater visibility, reassurance, and peace of mind.
A gesture of welcome, not a transaction.
Every guest is welcomed in a way that is personal, deliberate, and felt rather than explained. It is part of the in-journey experience — generosity, dignity, and the way you receive a guest deserving of your absolute best — and it is delivered consistently, to every guest, regardless of group size or package tier.
Present throughout the entire journey.
Our support does not end when you arrive at your hotel. Through a dedicated private WhatsApp group, our team stays connected with you until you have checked in and reached your room. We also assist with Miqaat arrangements, gate guidance, multilingual communication, and elderly care—helping you feel supported wherever your journey takes you.
The journey doesn’t end at drop-off.
Guests receive a post-journey check-in, are invited to share their experiences, and are encouraged to provide feedback for continuous improvement. Every reflection helps Naba Al-Ikram serve the next guest better.
The existing market is built around logistics. We are built around you.
The space between point A and B is the product — the service, the conversation, the care, the reassurance.
You are treated as a Guest of Allah, not a customer. Every interaction is designed around that truth.
From booking to safe return — one continuous act of service across your full spiritual journey.
Service delivered in your own language at every point, whatever language that is.
Real-time, up-to-date communication at every stage. No silence. No ambiguity. No surprises.
Real-time tracking, so pilgrims, partners and drivers can all see the same journey.
Every vehicle is safety-inspected and road-worthy. A non-negotiable standard, not an optional feature.
Designed for Muslims travelling from North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and beyond.
Our co-founders bring 20+ years of combined logistics experience across North American and Saudi operations.
Guest names are shortened for privacy. Every quote here was given directly to our team by a pilgrim we carried; none is a paid or syndicated review.
WhatsApp is our main channel, and we also take bookings by phone, by Instagram DM, or through the quote form on this page. Send your dates, flight numbers and group size; we confirm the vehicle and the plan in writing, then open a private WhatsApp group for your journey where pickup points, timings and driver details are shared before every leg.
Seven tiers, so the vehicle fits the group rather than the other way round: Sedan (Toyota Camry, 4 guests), Premium Sedan (Ford Taurus, 4), Luxury SUV (GMC Yukon XL, 7), Family Van (Hyundai Staria, 8), Hiace (Toyota Hiace, 11), Coaster Bus (Toyota Coaster, 15) and a 50-seat VIP Bus. Every one of them is safety-inspected, well maintained and GPS-tracked.
Yes — multilingual support is included across every service, in whatever language your group speaks rather than a fixed list. It runs through your dedicated private WhatsApp group, and we bring in whoever is needed so that nothing about your journey is lost in translation.
The full Makkah–Madinah–Jeddah triangle: airport transfers, hotel transfers, Haram transfers, intercity transport and Ziyarah tours. On request we also arrange activities, excursions and day trips further afield — AlUla, the Red Sea, Riyadh, Taif, Badr, Dammam, Khobar and Abha among them.
Yes. Arrival to departure can be booked as one movement — airport pickup, hotel and Haram transfers, the Makkah–Madinah leg, Ziyarah and the return — bundled at preferential rates rather than priced leg by leg. You can shape the trip however you like: choose Custom package in the booking bar above and we will quote the whole journey together.
We do. Pre-arrival coordination, hotel check-in follow-up and luggage handling, Miqaat and Ihram coordination, gate guidance at the Haram, elderly assistance, and curated Ziyarah and intercity tours to sacred and historic sites. A pilgrimage should be spiritually focused rather than logistically stressful, and these exist to take the friction out of it. Some are included and some are on request — tell us what your group needs and we will say plainly what we can do.
We are an experience-first service rather than a logistics one. Every pilgrim is received as a Guest of Allah: cultural personalisation, safety-inspected vehicles, real-time tracking, and end-to-end care from booking to safe return. The stretch between two points is our product — how you are received, how much you are told before you have to ask, and whether anybody is with you when something changes.
Every driver goes through a structured vetting process covering licensing, background review, local route knowledge and customer conduct standards. They are experienced in what the Makkah region actually demands — restricted zones, high-density crowd periods, and guests from many different cultures — and trained in the etiquette of carrying pilgrims rather than routes alone. You can reach your driver in your own language through your journey’s WhatsApp group.
Our coordinators watch live traffic and the official road-closure advisories specific to the Makkah region, including the temporary closures around prayer times and pilgrimage movement corridors. Alternate routes are planned for every booking before it runs, revised timings go into your WhatsApp group, and we adjust what follows — check-in timing, connecting services — on your behalf where we can. Because every vehicle is GPS-tracked you can see where yours is rather than wondering.
All vehicles are on scheduled maintenance and safety inspections in compliance with Saudi transport regulations, and each one is checked for mechanical fitness, cleanliness and interior condition before every trip. We do not dispatch a vehicle we would not put our own family in.
Yes. Changes are normal on this journey, because flights move and hotels change. Tell us in your WhatsApp group or by phone and we will rework the plan; cancellations are accommodated with 48 hours’ notice. The terms that apply to your booking are stated in your written confirmation before anything is paid.
Tell us your dates and how many are travelling — we will tell you plainly what fits.
