Years of Combined Experience

Pilgrims at the Haram in Makkah
How It All Started

Born From a Sacred Journey That Fell Short

When our co-founders came to perform Umrah, the experience fell far short of what a sacred journey deserves. The service was inadequate, communication poor, and transparency nearly absent — a purely transactional encounter.

For a journey millions of Muslims save their entire lives for, that standard felt deeply wrong. There was a profound absence of hospitality-led, culturally aware, experience-first pilgrim services. The industry was focused on logistics. Nobody was focused on the person making the journey.

Each of our co-founders brings over 10 years of logistics experience — one in North America, one in the Kingdom — more than 20 years between them. Naba Al-Ikram was founded to do things differently: to accompany pilgrims, not just transport them.

What We Saw

When we looked at the Hajj and Umrah market, we found companies competing on vehicle quality, pricing and punctuality. All important — but none of them were asking the more important question: who is this person, and what do they actually need to feel at peace on this journey?

Mission & Vision

What We Are Building

Our Mission

To serve every pilgrim as an individual — not a booking reference.

Our mission is to deliver a pilgrimage journey that is personal, dignified, and deeply caring — one that begins the moment a pilgrim books with us and does not end until they have returned safely. We achieve this through cultural personalisation, ethnic food programmes, accessible transport, and medically informed elderly care — all delivered under one roof, in the pilgrim's own language.

Our Vision

To become the world's most trusted pilgrim companion in Saudi Arabia.

We envision a future where no pilgrim — regardless of language, nationality, age, or health — arrives in the holy land without a dedicated, culturally aware support system ready to receive them. Naba Al-Ikram is building that system, one journey at a time, with the ambition to serve pilgrims from every corner of the Muslim world through a standard of care the industry has never before defined.

WHAT OUR GUESTS
SAY

I had booked with two other companies before. The difference here was that nobody had to be chased. The exact meeting point was in our WhatsApp group before we landed, our driver knew we were going to the Miqaat first, and my mother was in the vehicle without standing around after immigration.

How do I book transportation with Naba Al-Ikram?

WhatsApp is our main channel, and we also take bookings by phone, by Instagram DM, or through the quote form on this page. Send your dates, flight numbers and group size; we confirm the vehicle and the plan in writing, then open a private WhatsApp group for your journey where pickup points, timings and driver details are shared before every leg.

Seven tiers, so the vehicle fits the group rather than the other way round: Sedan (Toyota Camry, 4 guests), Premium Sedan (Ford Taurus, 4), Luxury SUV (GMC Yukon XL, 7), Family Van (Hyundai Staria, 8), Hiace (Toyota Hiace, 11), Coaster Bus (Toyota Coaster, 15) and a 50-seat VIP Bus. Every one of them is safety-inspected, well maintained and GPS-tracked.

Yes — multilingual support is included across every service, in whatever language your group speaks rather than a fixed list. It runs through your dedicated private WhatsApp group, and we bring in whoever is needed so that nothing about your journey is lost in translation.

The full Makkah–Madinah–Jeddah triangle: airport transfers, hotel transfers, Haram transfers, intercity transport and Ziyarah tours. On request we also arrange activities, excursions and day trips further afield — AlUla, the Red Sea, Riyadh, Taif, Badr, Dammam, Khobar and Abha among them.

Yes. Arrival to departure can be booked as one movement — airport pickup, hotel and Haram transfers, the Makkah–Madinah leg, Ziyarah and the return — bundled at preferential rates rather than priced leg by leg. You can shape the trip however you like: choose Custom package in the booking bar above and we will quote the whole journey together.

We do. Pre-arrival coordination, hotel check-in follow-up and luggage handling, Miqaat and Ihram coordination, gate guidance at the Haram, elderly assistance, and curated Ziyarah and intercity tours to sacred and historic sites. A pilgrimage should be spiritually focused rather than logistically stressful, and these exist to take the friction out of it. Some are included and some are on request — tell us what your group needs and we will say plainly what we can do.

We are an experience-first service rather than a logistics one. Every pilgrim is received as a Guest of Allah: cultural personalisation, safety-inspected vehicles, real-time tracking, and end-to-end care from booking to safe return. The stretch between two points is our product — how you are received, how much you are told before you have to ask, and whether anybody is with you when something changes.

Every driver goes through a structured vetting process covering licensing, background review, local route knowledge and customer conduct standards. They are experienced in what the Makkah region actually demands — restricted zones, high-density crowd periods, and guests from many different cultures — and trained in the etiquette of carrying pilgrims rather than routes alone. You can reach your driver in your own language through your journey’s WhatsApp group.

Our coordinators watch live traffic and the official road-closure advisories specific to the Makkah region, including the temporary closures around prayer times and pilgrimage movement corridors. Alternate routes are planned for every booking before it runs, revised timings go into your WhatsApp group, and we adjust what follows — check-in timing, connecting services — on your behalf where we can. Because every vehicle is GPS-tracked you can see where yours is rather than wondering.

All vehicles are on scheduled maintenance and safety inspections in compliance with Saudi transport regulations, and each one is checked for mechanical fitness, cleanliness and interior condition before every trip. We do not dispatch a vehicle we would not put our own family in.

Yes. Changes are normal on this journey, because flights move and hotels change. Tell us in your WhatsApp group or by phone and we will rework the plan; cancellations are accommodated with 48 hours’ notice. The terms that apply to your booking are stated in your written confirmation before anything is paid.
